We went to the Yoshino region to purchase hinoki.
There are two ways to purchase hinoki: from logs or as planks, as shown in the photo.
In this case, I purchased hinoki in the form of planks.
6000×450×100mm(20ft×18inch×4inch)
4000×390×60mm(13ft×15inch×2.3inch)
Hinoki becomes extremely expensive when the W dimension is larger than 400mm (15 inches).
However, it would be best to purchase such good materials when you come across few.
