The OMAKASE restaurant, currently under construction, is located about 10 minutes from the hotel and is easily accessible.
The restaurant's name is Sushi Kuwahata.

The first task is to check the dimensions and make sure the base is made according to the blueprint.

As the size of the counter and the position of the bracket were slightly different, we cut the counter by about 1 inch before installing it.
Hinoki is a delicate material, so care must be taken to prevent damage from impacts.
Also, a lot of Hinoki lumber was sent from Japan, which was useful for the construction locally.
We fixed it in place while checking that everything was level.
Then the side panels, which have been pre-fabricated in Japan, are installed.

The countertop installation was completed after the finishing touches were applied.
We talked about maintenance and hinoki, and then there was a surprise at the end...
Thank you very much.
