Q,Is it possible to make a custom order?

A, Yes, all products and other products can be produced. Please let us know the details of your desired product.


Q,Is it possible to order the size?

A, Yes, of course. Please let us know your desired size.


Q, Can I order materials?

A, Yes, of course. Please let us know your favorite image. We will advise you.


Q, Is it possible to process grooving?

A, Yes, of course. Please let us know if you have any requests for groove width, depth, etc.


Q, What is the silk finish?

A,This is Hanabusa's original finishing method. The origin of this finish is that it has a feel like silk...as named by our customers.


Q,Is it possible to purchase it without painting?

A, Cutting boards and materials for sale are usually shipped unpainted. Other than those, please contact us.


Q,Will I receive exactly the same thing as in the product photo?

A,The board in the photo is shown on the product page (in red letters). (The board in the photo is the actual product.)

A, Yes, of course it is possible. Please send us your logo or initials in pdf or jpeg format.


Q,How long does it take to receive the order?

A, Normally, after placing an order, we apply the final finishing touches, brand it with wood branding, and ship it out.
It takes about 2 to 3 business days to ship. (Custom orders take from 1 week).
After shipping, it takes 4 to 10 days. (USA, Europe, Australia)


Q, Can I change the shipping method?

A, Normally we ship by DHL Fxpress, but we do not recommend other shipping methods as they may take longer and are more expensive.


Q,Can you ship to areas other than those listed on the website?

A,Yes, we can. Please contact us for more information.


Q,Can I change the payment method?

A,Please contact us for payment methods other than those listed on the website.


Q,Can I return items?

A,Returns are accepted only if the product you received is defective. Otherwise, please refrain from returning it.


Q,Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?

A,Yes, as long as it is done before the order is ready to be shipped.


Q,I have not received a reply to my e-mail.

A,We usually reply within one business day. If you have not received it, please exclude (hanabusa@twt.me.jp and info@twt.ne.jp) from your spam mail.

 

Q,Do you manufacture in Japan?

A,Yes, of course. They are made in Tsuji Wood Technical's atelier.
