Just amazing skill and quality every single time. Real objects of beauty. Great customer service, kindness, and helpfulness. And for me the shipping is absurdly fast, which isn't as important as the excellene service and lovely products, but it's another thing that sets this store apart.
Gorgeous bit of wood. Size was precise to within a fraction of a mm, finish was glassy smooth. I can't wait to learn how to work with it, but that requires me to cut it - which feels like I'm wrecking art. ;-)
