Gorgeous bit of wood. Size was precise to within a fraction of a mm, finish was glassy smooth. I can't wait to learn how to work with it, but that requires me to cut it - which feels like I'm wrecking art. ;-)

Friends and I saw sushi chefs at Nobu using these cutting boards and asked about them. Googled them from the sushi bar and ordered it as a gift for my friends.
