From September 9–18, 2025 (JST), we will be on a business trip to New York to complete the installation of a large Hinoki Japanese Cypress counter. This trip is part of our ongoing projects to deliver authentic Japanese craftsmanship to high-end omakase sushi restaurants in New York City, United States.
